The 2025 Nissan Altima, known as the Teana in some markets, has been unveiled overseas with notable changes. The new model has dropped the previously powerful 2.0-liter turbocharged engine, now offering only a 2.5-liter naturally aspirated engine, resulting in slightly lower maximum power and peak torque. The vehicle continues to utilize the Xtronic CVT transmission and offers an optional all-wheel-drive system.
A special SV edition has been introduced, featuring body-colored side mirrors, a rear spoiler, a sunroof, and 17-inch black gloss aluminum wheels. The interior upgrades include dual-zone automatic climate control, a 12.3-inch infotainment system, and wireless phone charging. The SR trim now comes with new bronze 19-inch wheels, while the entry-level S trim is equipped with an upgraded 8-inch infotainment system. The starting price for the new Altima in overseas markets is $27,000, reflecting an increase of $630.
