The company, fully owned by Chery, has a registered capital of 100 million RMB and is led by Yin Tongyue as the legal representative. This new entity has a broad operational scope, encompassing a wide range of technology and AI-related fields. Its activities include network and information security software development, intelligent robotics research, artificial intelligence (AI) foundational and application software development, cloud computing equipment technical services, quantum computing technology services, research and development of electronic special materials, new energy technology, automotive parts, and micro-special motors and components manufacturing.
